Job Description
This role may be based in either Florham Park, NJ, or Lake County, IL.
The Associate Director, Psychiatry Marketing Strategy and Communications Lead will report directly to the Head of HCP Marketing and be responsible for the following:
Partner with the HCP Marketing Directors to drive the framing and communication of the marketing strategy across the IBT and to senior leadership Marketing liaison on all salesforce initiatives-communications, sales meeting coordination, Pulse Team field feedback calls, and sales training. Build positive and collaborative working relationships with HCP Marketing leads, Sales leadership, Sales Training, and Regulatory/Legal teams to maximize the impact of psychiatry product tactics, programs, and messaging. Demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated approach across the neuroscience therapeutic area. To support program implementation, the Associate Director must be comfortable with prescription data analytics and partner closely with both Market Research and Analytics (MABI) and Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) teams.Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

Exhibits strong emotional intelligence, diplomacy, maintenance of confidentiality, maturity, and organizational savvy. Excellent command of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Experience working in a fast-paced environment with launch, &/or on-market commercial teams, preferred.Leadership Skills: For this role, we're looking for a leader who is:

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills.Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) Prior medical, clinical, medical communications, or HCP AOR experience in psychiatry and psychopharmacology strongly preferred Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical industry support experience required, at least 2 years of experience with field sales strongly preferred Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills across a variety of organization levels and disciplines, including executive leadershipAdditional Information
