Serve as the national point of contact for Multifamily operational content within proposal and presentation materials while working alongside regional operations teams and Client Services on content strategies.Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
· Support Client Services Business Development leads as a liaison blending Operations team findings (SWOTs) with business development strategies to define concise areas of opportunity.
· Write case studies to showcase evidence of success by working with operational leads on KPIs, story telling and results that align with client focus and strategy.
· Through an operational lens, produce tailored client-facing copy to evoke thoughtful and impactful property strategies, working within ABD/Client Services and client timelines.
· Participate in the necessary ABD kickoff, story planning, and prep to deliver operational content for assigned proposals and presentations.
· Propose content for Tier 1 and 2 proposals alongside Business Development leads, with a priority for Tier 1, to ensure accurate question response in addition to Operations components.
· Support Business Development leads on Tier 3 proposals to enhance volume, quality, and speed of proposal response with a goal of 10 proactive tier 3 pursuits per month nationally.
· Work closely with ABD, Client Services, Operations and other support teams (i.e. Marketing, Maintenance, Leadership) to ensure entire platform capabilities are proposed to fit client request
· Participate in select client intake and property review calls alongside Client Services to expand understanding of firm and content creation.
· Participate in client calls, meetings, and presentations as needed.
· Participate in prospecting and target list for new pursuit opportunities, adding in operational strategies and recommendations.

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
· Multifamily Management experience and financial acumen

· Experience with all asset types and classes (affordable, new development, value add) to be able to write strategy content across pursuits.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time. They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machinery. The employee must be able to travel up to 60% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration. The employee must be able to demonstrate the ability to exert up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
