**Overview**
This is a Hybrid role - 3 days per week in office
+ Key point of escalation across assigned brands, creatively problem-solving to address client needs, questions, or challenges with approach-based solutions
+ Builds trusting relationships with client counterparts, viewed as strategic Search expert
+ Evolve client understanding by educating on Search behavior, the channel’s role in the marketing mix, and how it contributes to the overall brand objectives
+ Takes initiative and shows accountability for team’s work, proactively establishing areas of focus, identifying tactical knowledge gaps and creating resources to drive efficiency of workflow and elevate deliverable quality
+ Create a culture of transparency, comradery and accomplishment within their team
+ Ensure performance is easily and regularly reviewed, driving adoption of performance-driven optimization best practices at scale and identifying pilot opportunities to innovate
+ Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration by working with team members to craft synergistic plans and reports.
+ Partner with client regulatory leads on overarching channel guidance, evolution of submission template and/or new tactic concept review
+ Contribute to business scoping, deliverable tracking, resource management and other financial and operational business aspects
+ Lead annual reviews, hold career-centric 1:1s and Catch-Ups with Supervisors, supporting dialogue with Associates and Sr. Associates
+ Lead cross-agency collaboration and establishes workflow processes with partner agencies and vendors on behalf of clients
+ Amplify impact through proactive case study and best practice documentation, actively contribute to practice-wide goals
Knowledge
+ Expert understanding of Search landscape, buying platforms and new/evolving product offerings, with expertise in campaign implementation, management, analysis and optimization
+ Strong understanding of client category landscape and competitive factors
+ Broad knowledge of digital landscape and agency capabilities (planning, SEO, online and offline Media, technology, etc)
+ Firm understanding of connection between Search and the broader media mix
+ Expert ability to link brand goals search campaign organizing and execution
+ Leverage visual storytelling to simplify the complex and accelerate client understanding
Requirements
+ Ability to multi-task and manage one’s time, demonstrating personal organization and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
+ Ability to take and/or set initial direction, proactively provide proposed solutions and status updates
+ Enterprise client management and account planning experience
+ Experience creating processes and efficiencies within a team or organization
+ Exhibits integrity, trust and investment in self-development
+ Adherence to agency procedures (timesheets, required trainings, 360 feedback, etc)
+ Experience managing a team of 5+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8+ years of direct Search campaign management
+ Healthcare industry knowledge a plus

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
