We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Premier Insurance Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities

Support newly on boarded PWMs, helping them with insurance fact finds, establishing the insurance needs of customers in areas of protection, wealth accumulations, retirement needs, and education needs (PERM needs)Conduct coaching sessions with PWMs and PRMs to improve insurance soft skillsets and insurance knowledgeConduct Portfolio Reviews with PRMs, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risksConduct joint appointments with PRMs, helping customers to have knowledge on legacy planningImprove PWM and PRMs’ product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and trainingJoin PRMs in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input based on technical knowledgeCollect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholdersConduct insurance sales training and encourage insurance sales activities of PWMs and PRMs, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the sameLiaise between stakeholders and leadership teams on training and leads programs/initiativesProvide support to PWMs and PRMs on increasing and capturing cross sell opportunitiesDeliver fair outcomes to HSBC Singapore clients and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operations of financial markets

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role. HSBC Group reserves its position with regards to any steps which it may take in relation to any material adverse findings which arise either when the checks are originally completed, and/or if relevant, on an ongoing basis.
