We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Product Operations Management. This role will report to the Product Operations Director and be responsible for overseeing end-to-end (E2E) processes within the organization, acting as the process owner and relationship holder with shared services implementation teams. You will play a critical role in defining E2E processes, identifying gaps, and developing process documentation. Additionally, they will be responsible for driving strategy around operational efficiencies related to client implementations and client accounts.

What You’ll Do Define and establish end-to-end processes for Prevention client implementations and ongoing account operational support. Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with shared services implementation teams. Act as a liaison between internal teams and shared services, facilitating effective communication and resolution of any issues. Collaborate closely with these teams to streamline implementation processes, ensure smooth handoffs, and drive successful client onboarding. Act as the process owner and subject matter expert, overseeing the implementation and adherence to defined processes. Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall operational excellence. Identify gaps in existing processes and workflows, and proactively develop solutions to address them. Conduct thorough assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals. Manage the documentation of implementation status for client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect any process changes or improvements. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of proven experience in process management, operations, or implementation roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry. Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and experience in defining and optimizing them. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
