Clients opt into solutions outside the agency’s core services that offer tangible benefits including guaranteed outcomes, increased flexibility, and advantageous pricing." **Overview** **About the Team:** The Product Strategy & Solutions team at APEX is tasked with developing meaningful solutions that allow us to deliver innovation, value & unique supply access for Publicis agencies and clients. We deliver these solutions via bespoke packages, strategic partnerships, and facilitating integrations. **About the Role:** The Associate Director, Product Strategy & Solutions will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of APEX by analyzing spending and investment trends within the advertising ecosystem, with a particular focus on Publicis. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a passion for identifying market opportunities. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with internal insights and investment teams to model predictions, develop impactful strategies, and unlock new business opportunities for APEX. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Market Analysis:** + Partner with the Solutions team to lead and conduct in-depth research and analysis of spending and investment trends within Publicis and the broader advertising industry. + Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape. + Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. + **Data Modeling & Forecasting:** + Collaborate with the insights and investment teams to develop predictive models and forecast future market trends. + Analyze historical data, current market conditions, and future projections to identify potential growth areas and revenue streams for APEX. + Develop data-driven scenarios and simulations to assess the potential impact of different investment and commercial strategies. + **Strategic Planning & Solutions:** + Partner with Solutions leads to develop and present compelling product strategies and solutions based on market analysis and data modeling. + Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for APEX, including potential partnerships, product expansions, and market penetration strategies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. + **Communication & Collaboration:** + Effectively communicate market insights, strategic recommendations, and data-driven solutions to key stakeholders, including senior management. + Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including insights, investment, product development, and sales. + Collaborate with external partners and industry experts to gather market intelligence and stay abreast of industry best practices. **Qualifications** + A minimum of 7+ years of digital advertising industry experience (preferably adtech or programmatic) with over 3+ years working across a tech stack including data and measurement. + A bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant field of study) + Systems & software proficiency (Salesforce, Powerpoint, automation tools, project management tools, data visualization tools, etc.) + Advanced/expert proficiency in Excel + Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
