**Overview**
We are seeking an Associate Director, Asset Management to join our team on one of our automotive accounts. This is a hybrid position in our Miami office (3 days onsite per week, with option to work from home 2 days per week).
In this role, you will direct the Asset Management team to ensure that web and digital assignments are completed according to schedule and budget. You will play a key role in working with internal activation and operations teams, as well as external stakeholders to manage the creative asset workflow associated with web and digital campaigns.
**Responsibilities**
+ Effectively estimate engagements and perform an analysis for various web and digital projects and programs
+ Create and managing spec sheets
+ Provide clear daily communication related to status and next steps for all pending, complete, or at-risk items
+ Manage custom program development, including production timelines and routing of assets between client, creative agencies, and external partner
+ Perform initial QA of delivered creative assets to confirm that all expected items have been received and meet basic spec requirements (such as file type, file size, and clip length)
+ Communicate with operations team to ensure creative assets are trafficked and set live correctly and on time
+ Help build creative decks and speak to spec needs, timelines, and best practices at client meetings
+ Deal with challenging situations/interactions and drive the collaboration process in large group sessions to get key Clients
**Qualifications**
+ Asset management experience in a digital or marketing agency, specifically with an automotive client
+ Demonstrated web and digital asset management experience
+ Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment for end-to-end engagements
+ Effective systems thinking skills and ability to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work within a large organization
+ Spanish speaking is preferred

Compensation Range:$110,580 - $151,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
