Global Business Recruiting (GBR) includes several global Gartner Business Units (BU’s): Research & Advisory (R&A), Global Product Management (GPM), Global Services & Delivery (GS&D), Gartner Digital Markets (GDM), Legal & Compliance (L&C), IT, and Finance.   

About the Role:

Lead and manage a regional team of Talent Sourcers and leaders who are responsible for qualifying and matching candidates to defined profiles & specific open requisitions across their assigned regions and skill-based alignmentPartner with Recruiting Leaders and other key stakeholders on alignment, sourcing strategy and business needsDevelop a thorough understanding of the GBR, HR, and Consulting business needs and goals, and support your team through creative sourcing strategies to find quality talent, reduce time to fill, support BU economics, impact hires and appropriate % of actionable open roles across BUs, with a continuous focus on DE&I

What You Will Do:

Lead, manage, inspire, and motivate an outbound Sourcing teamManage hiring, onboarding, training, performance, development (including supporting IDP creation) and coaching for assigned team member(s)Identify opportunities for team training and lead based on team-needsBuild and drive an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative culture across the teamBuild trust-based, value-added relationships and partner closely with GBR Recruiting Leaders to align on Sourcing needs across their BU’sCreate, lead, and drive a strong candidate-centric focus across the team, including timely communicationHelp your leadership team, IC team, and broader org to foster trust-based, value-added relationships with the Recruiters they partner withPartner with GBR COE leadership team and GBR Recruiting managers to fully understand channel & market challenges, recruiting specifications and develop appropriate sourcing strategies. Actively sourcing candidates aligned to the appropriate BU/skill-based pools. Utilize all tools and channels, including our DE&I tools, events, and partnerships, to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each role and meet hiring targets. Conduct market mapping as required.Ensure your entire team has clarity on and is actioning “talent pooling” and “candidate cultivation” with continuous filling of the Beamery skill-based pools and required pipelines with a targeted and organized strategy/plan for cultivation. Using Beamery consistently for these activitiesManage your team’s overall data integrity within applicant tracking system and CRM (i.e., Beamery & Workday) and drive timely entry within systems to ensure 100% system hygiene and accurate reportingMeet aligned TA goals


What you will need:

People leadership experience highly preferredProven ability to attract, lead, motivate and inspire a team of recruiting associates.  Ideally with experience of leading leadersStrong understanding of Recruiting, with capability to source with a creative approach, and proven ability to source passive talent in previous roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsSense of urgency, able to handle volume of tasks and priorities in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlinesExcellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with proven ability to partner, influence and create trust-based, value-added relationships in a global, matrixed environmentAbility to coach team members and communicate resourcing needsDemonstrated ability to model, influence and manage team to maintain rigor in process, compliance, and operational expertiseStrong problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to use applicant tracking system, CRM, and social media toolsAppreciates consistent improvement, innovation and challenging the status quo
