What is the opportunity?

This is TO based role for Development manager for the Reference Data Services team. The primary responsibility for this role is to manage reference data platform onboarding and execution. The position requires good knowledge of capital markets domain and will involve working closely with both business and technology counterparts in New York, Toronto, London, Hong Kong and India. The candidate must have a strong leadership skills, program management and stakeholder coordination experience.

What will you do?

Program manager for the reference data platform across Capital markets

Manage relationships with key stakeholders including technology counterparts, front office business partners involved in specific programs

Organize and manage new on-boarding pipeline; organize and manage new business change requirements pipeline

Organize and manage steering committee on plan and status

Manage project funding, allocation and cross project recoveries

Manage vendor contracts & infrastructure cost recoveries and optimization

Produce and communicate status to stakeholders and management

Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly.

In carrying out your supervisory responsibilities, review for indications of non-compliance with Firm Polices, notify the appropriate risk and control areas of such indications, and work with the relevant risk and control areas to remediate issues on a timely basis; identify, assess and manage operational risks/control deficiencies in the business
