The Role in Brief: Associate Director, Seramount Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative We serve forward thinking organizations with integrated tools that provide a strategic and holistic map for setting new standards for workplace culture. The Associate Director, Seramount Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative (CDOC) is responsible for supporting strong contract value expansion of existing products (majority of role) and identifying and launching new products and services. A major part of this role is to develop and maintain deep, actionable understanding of the “voice of the market” in Seramount’s Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative (CDOC) product. CDOC is an executive leadership forum for over 150 Chief Diversity Officers and Diversity Executives of leading global companies who partner with Seramount to advance thought leadership and impact through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in global businesses, non-profits and educational institutions. It is the flagship project of Seramount, a professional services firm that works with over 500 companies representing 25 million employees to advance inclusion in the workplace cultures and to drive innovation and better marketplace outcomes. In it’s 3rd year, Seramount CDOC is at an exciting phase of growth and impact, with a 2025 theme of Re-envisioning the DEI Playbook, hosting convenings bringing together leading global companies in NYC, Chicago and Los Angeles, among other locations. You will also interact closely with Seramount’s product teams in setting research agendas, evolving product design, and perfecting partner use-cases for Seramount product content and services. This position works closely day-to-day with the leaders of Seramount Advisory, Insights, and Events to ensure our Partnership delivers a set of relevant, competitive, and measurably impactful services to current and prospective partners. This role serves as liaison to Seramount Sales & Account Management leaders, ensuring those teams have what they need to achieve ambitious growth via new Research partnerships and strong renewal performance. This hire may be based in Washington, D.C., Richmond VA, or open to remote candidates within the continental U.S. This position may require occasional travel (10-20%) to partner organizations. The position will report into the Managing Director, Seramount Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative. Key Responsibilities: Manage CDOC communications calendar and deliverables including creating, editing and quality checks for written and data-based deliverables Project manage Chief Diversity Officer In-Person Gatherings (4-5/year) and Virtual Convenings (6-7/year) bringing together senior executives from over 150 leading global companies in thought leadership forums Develop and manage distribution of marketing collateral, presentation materials and content, including printed materials for in-person and virtual events Partner with Seramount Insights and CDOC clients to stay current on key diversity trends and best practices relating to all dimensions of diversity (gender, LGBTQ+, race/ethnicity, disabilities, neurodiversity, socio-economic diversity, intersectionality, etc.), equity and inclusion Establish and track quarterly performance metrics for CDOC in partnership with Seramount account management and CDOC leadership, including net promoter score (NPS), event participation, themes analyses, etc. Liaise with Seramount Insights, Relationship Directors and New Logos teams as needed to ensure success for all CDOC programs Support prospect campaign and meeting themes to direct marketing efforts recommending new go to market approaches (e.g., bundles) Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of post-graduate professional work experience Thoughtful, creative, and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications Concrete understanding of DE&I strategies, metrics, and the correlation to implementing significant organizational impact in the workforce, workplace and marketplace Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels in the organization and with external stakeholders Ability to utilize both research and insights to deliver recommendations and solutions; proven analytic skills and ability to translate market findings into commercial strategy and product innovations Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and/or change management Highly detail‐oriented, organized, able to multi‐task, follow through and work independently as well as within a highly collaborative team structure Demonstrated ownership of and accountability towards business goals Demonstrated consultative approach and commitment to our partners’ success Experience preparing workshops and formal presentations to external stakeholders Willingness to travel up to 20% Ideal Qualifications MBA or advanced degree Management or strategy consulting experience Proven ability to successfully work in a matrixed organization Experience with solution-focused problem solving and thinking through problems creatively Experience with new product or business development Experience working with clients in a consultative role Commitment to valuing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and contributing to an equitable working and continual learning environment in support of EAB’s DE&I Promise If you’ve reached this section of the job description and are unsure of whether to apply, please do! Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $61,500 - $95,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
