Associate Director, Stock Plan Administration

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end administration of global equity programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP). Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax and legal obligations (SEC Reporting of Form 144, Form 4, and 10b5-1 trading plans) Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external providers to ensure accurate and timely execution of stock plan transactions. Provide training and support to employees regarding equity plans, including onboarding, offboarding, ongoing education, and questions via one-on-one meetings. Lead initiatives to educate employees on taxation of equity transactions (including documents needed for annual income tax fillings). Partner with internal teams, such as Legal, Finance, and HR, to develop and implement equity plan policies and procedures and track the equity budget throughout the year. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as required, including assisting with the proxy and D&O questionnaire process. Oversee the accurate processing of equity transactions to ensure SOX compliance and work directly with internal and external auditors. Work closely with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate taxation of equity transactions.

Qualifications/Skills:

7+ years of progressive stock administration experience is required Bachelor's degree and Certified Equity Professional (CEP) required Experience managing global equity programs across multiple jurisdictions Strong knowledge of equity plan accounting and reporting requirements Proficiency in stock plan administration platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders as well as the general employee population Hybrid role - onsite 3 days / remote 2 days

Salary Range: $157,000.00 to $201,000.00.  Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
