We’re looking for an Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to:

• Ensure risk awareness by proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies.
• Utilize risk remediation using data driven techniques.
• Derive insights with analytical methods to drive strategic initiatives for Compliance and Risk Team.
• Execute all aspects of a project, including delivery and program management (e.g., supporting program status updates, resource forecast).
• Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver the project objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Perform exercises in Business Transformation using data driven techniques, such as Regulatory Compliance, Target Operating Model design, and Business Process Management.
