Saint Francis University, a Division I member of the Northeast Conference, invites applications for the full-time position of Associate Director, Student-Athlete Development & Academic Services to assist in the coordination of all aspects of academic support services for student-athletes and student-athlete development/leadership development programming. The Associate Director will assist with oversight of the Graduate Assistants and all aspects of a successful academic advising and monitoring program.

Candidates must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Northeast Conference, and the NCAA.

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.  Excellent computer, organization, and communication skills are necessary.  Related experience, preferably at the NCAA Division I University or professional level required.
