Job Description

Consult & influence managers on talent programs and initiatives Provide Career Conversations Guidance to employeesLead progressive performance improvement model and PIP process with limited oversightIdentify opportunities for improvement and change, partner with leaders and managers to implementAdvise managers & employees on issues – identifying performance improvement, identifying key talent, and succession planning.Provide coaching and consulting to managers regarding employee relations, and employee development and growth.Partner with L&D to support training opportunities across the agency.Partner with Resource Management and Staffing to provide and understand talent insights to support the capacity planning process.Report key talent metrics to managers and leaders.Conduct investigations and support employee relations situations with limited oversight.Work with Talent Managers and Talent Associates to ensure policies, practices and procedures are administered in a fair and consistent manner and in accordance with all applicable local, state and/or federal lawsHelp to ensure agency is meeting all compliance metrics Manage projects with limited oversight and guidance.Provide direction and mentorship for talent managers and talent associates.Coach and help develop talent associates and talent managers

Qualifications7+ years of experience in increasingly responsible roles within Human Resources - SHRM and or PHR certifications preferred but not required

Experience with Microsoft office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Worked in a fast-paced environment where priorities and focus may shift.

Strong knowledge of all applicable state and federal regulations Ability to work well in a flexible, dynamic work environment Strong knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of human resources management Knowledge of legal process and procedures as related to personnel and labor matters Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of company personnel Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form and demonstrated analytical skills Solid negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to facilitate discussion and mediate conflict Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining extraordinary attention to detail

Compensation Range:  $91K - $131.5K annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
