Associate Director, Talent Intelligence

Active across the entire value chain, Publicis Groupe offers its major clients a transversal, unified and fluid model allowing them access to all the Groupe’s tools and expertise around the world through the mantra "The Power of One."​ **Overview** The Associate Director, Talent Intelligence, is part of Publicis Groupe’s centralized Talent Acquisition Operations function and leads our candidate pipeline strategy. The Associate Director leads three workstreams within the Connected Pipeline Strategy: Research, Strategic Sourcing, and CRM. They are responsible for shaping our proactive talent prospecting strategy by leading efforts to gather, analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights about talent markets, competitive landscapes, and proactive sourcing in support of Talent Acquisition strategy. This role manages a team of Strategic Sourcers responsible for lead generation, pipeline development and enrichment. The Associate Director will also play a key role in our CRM strategy, leveraging the insights derived from their research and pipeline efforts to nurture candidates within our CRM, and proactively build brand recognition and engagement with passive talent. **Responsibilities** + Utilize Groupe-wide resources and collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps in the organization. + Leverage advanced analytics tools, market intelligence platforms, and databases to collect and analyze talent-related data and produce insights. + Develop and deliver comprehensive intelligence reports that synthesize talent intelligence data into actionable insights informing Talent Acquisition strategies. + Drive compelling recommendations on optimal sourcing channels and target candidate populations based on data insights and research findings. + Act as subject matter expert on labor markets, industry trends, and associated research methodologies. + Proactively identify skill gaps and supply deficits within the organization, and develop initiatives to diversify talent pipelines and optimize talent strategies via Strategic Sourcing. + Stay current on new technologies and methodologies in talent research and their impact. + Mentor and train Talent Acquisition teams on best practices in talent intelligence, market research, and competitive analysis. + Maintain and optimize current tagging structures to easily identify, communicate with, and nurture prospective talent and candidates + Partner with hiring teams to effectively source candidates for new business wins. + Develop a strong understanding of Publicis Groupe’s talent structures, departments, and capabilities to successfully match the right candidates to the right roles. + Continuously strive to improve processes, identify top talent, and utilize our systems and technology to their fullest extent. **Qualifications** + 7+ years of professional, relevant experience + Direct experience in a talent intelligence or market research role informing TA strategies + Relevant and extensive experience as a Sourcer within a Talent Acquisition function, ideally as part of a large organization supporting varied teams and functions + Experience using various recruiting, research and sourcing systems & tools (ideally iCIMS, LinkedIn Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, Talent Neuron, Draup, or similar.) + Experience with CRM strategy including lead generation, segmentation, and engagement + Ability to effectively translate research findings into clear, actionable insights using advanced data visualization, Excel, and data management skills + Process-oriented, always looking for ways to utilize technology to its fullest extent and focusing on efficiencies / areas of improvement + Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and succinctly. + A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and proven organizational skills with attention to detail + Practiced experience leading a skilled team + Experience scaling programs through rapid growth, and measuring results **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
