You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that would enable data visualization, analytics, and data sciences. You are inquisitive, motivated, enthusiastic and a self-leader. This means: · AI Factory - Versatile Teams Operating in Cross Functional Pods: Utilizing digital and data resources to develop AI products, bringing data management, AI and product development skills to products, programs and projects to create an agile, fulfilling and meaningful work environment · Leading Edge Tech Stack: Experience build products that will be deployed globally on a leading-edge tech stack · World Class Mentorship and Training: Working with renowned leaders and academics in machine learning to further develop your skillsets **Job Highlights:** · As a data champion, look to implement analytical models on data sets to uncover insights · Validate business requirements, defining global standards for data models, key performance indicators and measures, then implementing the global standards within our products for business units and markets · Create and implement repeatable analytics models · Tell a story with data, hosting co-creation sessions to ensure needs are well understood and features are well articulated, producing mock-ups as required to quickly iterate on user feedback · Understand the data landscape that enables the enterprise solutions, with the ability to align on global standards across multiple stakeholder groups · A critical and analytical thinker, and a creative problem solver who can navigate difficult discussions and ambiguity to arrive at design solutions · Understand and implement enterprise data governance, data architecture and data management standards · Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements, translating them to data, analytics and AI capabilities · Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters and be able to work in agile pods · Partner with Data Engineers and Data scientists to create data products Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications: · Conversant with Python and/or R languages to create predictive analytics and GenAI based proof of concept prototypes · Strong knowledge working within an Agile environment · Strong knowledge deploying analytical models using software development tools like GitHub · Interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical data · Experience in data visualization and analytics solutions deployment · Experience in building data pipelines with data quality metrics in place **Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:** · A university/college degree graduate in disciplines of engineering, computer science, mathematics, data science or related fields. · Strong technical knowledge in building analytical models, using languages like python, R and querying languages like SQL is required · Knowledge of data discovery tools like Informatica DQ, Axon is preferred · Knowledge of data platform tools like Snowflake and cloud platforms such as AWS · Strong analytical background Sanofi Inc. and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employers committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
