**Company Description**
**Job Description**
+ Oversee the preparation of Cost Management reports for all assess classes related to clients.
+ Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
+ Work with Directors to construct proposals for new work or variations for existing projects.
+ Identify opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates and products.
+ Knowledge management- Ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
+ Process improvement- Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.
+ Quality Control-Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.
+ Lead interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
+ Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
+ Work with Directors to construct bids for new work.
+ Financial Management- utilize the tools provided to keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission.
+ Ensure that commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
+ Oversee service delivery on commissions and ensure that service delivery is in line with the conditions of appointment.
+ Oversee business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities, and ensure that they are identified and acted upon.
+ Ensure that margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts are kept track of on all commissions.
+ Oversee the inputting of key information and data, and ensure that they are effectively cascaded and appropriately retained.
**RELATED OCCUPATION:** Senior Cost Consultant or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
**SALARY RANGE:** $150,000 to $185,000/year
**JOB TIME** : Full Time
**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION AND** **EXPERIENCE** : Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation
