We invite you to be part of the Central Data & Analytics team within the Chief Technology Office as an AI & Unstructured Data Lead, Consumption & Insights. As part of the Consumption & Insights team, your work will create a seamless experience for analytics experts to unlock the potential of data and interactive analytics across the enterprise. You'll play a crucial part in enabling the discovery, exploration, and extraction of insights from unstructured data across the company, fostering efficiency and reducing fragmentation.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the overall strategy for Consumption & Insights, particularly in the areas of unstructured data, search augmented analytics and generative AI
Collaborate with product managers to shape the product visions and drive adoption and engagement
Engage with various business and technology stakeholders to gather product feedback, identify capability gaps, and explore new opportunities for capabilities and products
Innovate in the area of AI-Powered Data and Analytics to create a seamless experience with both structured and unstructured data
Partner with key technology and service providers to ensure their products, roadmaps, and strategies meet our company’s needs
Drive alignment with business stakeholders, architects, and other product teams
Discover and implement ways to improve reliability, efficiency, and quality across all phases of the development and operations lifecycle
Foster a close relationship with your divisional counterparts
Iterates, validates, and communications clear vision, strategy, priorities, and timelines with all stakeholders
Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive execution to realize business outcomes
Drives, monitors, and manages ongoing prioritization of strategic initiatives, backed by data-driven analysis
Builds and shares thought leadership to internal and external customers, as well as industry channels
Promotes team integration, cross-functional collaboration, and communication
Identifies solutions to simplify and improve efficiency in ways of working
Partner with key stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide, innovative, and/or transformative programs
Assess current capabilities against capabilities required to realize overall strategy
Includes specializations such as Digital Technology & Innovation (not exhaustive)
Includes roles such as Business Analytics Engagement Lead and Data Asset Strategist (not exhaustive)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred but not required.
Required Skills and Experience:
8-10 years of experience in software engineering or data science
2-5 years of experience as a software engineering manager
Strategic thinking, architecture, and thought leadership skills
Demonstrated understanding of enterprise architecture principles
Experience with unstructured data and GenAI
Familiarity with either AWS cloud ecosystem or Azure Cloud ecosystem from a data engineering/analytics perspective
Experience with self-service analytics, API and Integrations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with DevOps and Agile practices
Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and activities in a complex international environment
Understanding of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and document intelligence
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Familiarity with Release Management, Problem and Incident Management, and Software Development Life Cycle best practices
Demonstrate strong leadership on managing stakeholder Relationships
Bring Data Consumption & Insights Though leadership and Strategic Planning
Manage High-level Business Analysis of strategy and translation into valuable solution
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with semantic search technologies, taxonomies, classification, knowledge graphs
High-level knowledge of Microsoft Search stack, Elasticsearch and/or OpenSearch
Previous experience with Java and Spring Boot Framework
Prior experience with Infrastructure as code

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$149,400.00 - $235,100.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
