ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsible for the successful direction and leadership of AS InnovationServe as an analytical single point of contact (SPOC) with internal and external stakeholders per AS novel technology, informatics, and systemsApply principles of ‘internet of things’ (IoTs), machine learning, AI, and establish cohesive analytical information sharing and analysis center which emphasises integration of analytical knowledge management, training platform,  AS operation management, AS informatics, AS KPIs, real-time monitoring, IPC, and communication platforms.Build analytical innovative capabilities into local sites.Participate and represent Takeda in key industry Quality forums to benefit patients by influencing, leading, and collaborating with key academia, industry and regulatory groupsDrive innovation and continuous improvement

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

Provides innovative business solutions and ensure AS function’s future-readiness by evaluating and implementing state-of-art technologies such as IoT, automation, machine learning, system integration, and AI.Provides training to AS SMEs in the use of effective IT platforms, softwares, technologies and methodologies.Provides vision and roadmap for automatic CMC management platforms using best-practice templates, SME’s knowledge, and cumulative CMC experiences from CMC teams.With exceptional communication and stakeholder management, serve as owner and/or leader to manage assigned projects. EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Education / experience

Typically requires an advanced degree in sciences, pharmaceutical software development, analytical chemistry or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of related experience. Track record of successful innovation and its implementation.High level, a highly skilled analytical professional with proven ability to influence, negotiate, drive change, and ultimately deliver results.
