Demand, overtime, attrition rates, J&J/Flex ratios, throughput analytics, resource trends, and many others.** **Work with key business partners to develop Machine Learning & advanced forecasting models.** **Enable financial planning cycles (BP, JU, NU, and CF) through a close partnership with Finance and Functional Business Operations Heads/Leads.** **Utilize excellent communication skills to translate complex resource related technical information and data into clear recommendations for decision making.** **Employ excellent listening skills to take complex information from subject matter experts within the Functions to develop robust forecasting models through requirements gathering, validation, deployment, monitoring and controlling (i.e., ensure model health).** **Strategic thinking and a strong ability to network successfully across boundaries and organizations will also be needed in this role.** **In addition to Functional responsibilities, the candidate will work independently to shape and lead capabilities within their team including but not limited to Machine Learning, cross-functional model accuracy metrics, and manual demand monitoring & control.** **Ensure the integrity of FTE forecasting models by monitoring the forecast against actuals and other objective metrics.** **Qualifications / Requirements:** **Education:** **A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.** **Advanced degree preferred.** **Experience and Skills:** **Expert interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, build trust, actively listen, and quickly deliver high-impact insights and solutions.** **Expert analytical and data-visualization skills, e.g., experience analyzing data trends, historical trends, data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning,** **_etc._** **Experience with reporting and/or statistical capabilities,** **_e.g._** **, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Minitab,** **_etc._** **Ability to work independently.** **Three years in a people leader role.** **Preferred:** **Prior experience in or supporting Therapeutics Development & Supply and/or Global Regulatory Affairs.** **Candidates with prior experience in Capacity Management, Business Operations, Finance, Strategy & Operations, or similar role.** **Knowledge of Planisware.** **Other:** **10% as required to support project teams at multiple site locations.** **The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $137,000 to $235,750.** **The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.** **The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
