Associate Director - Credit Solutions, Asia

What the day will look like To develop Structured Credit, Political Risk and Surety business in Asia, delivering/exceeding the agreed revenue targets. To structure, broker and place with insurers, credit and political risk solutions for corporations, traders and financial institutions across the variety of asset classes. To develop new leads/opportunities from clients and future clients through networking and other sales avenues, working in collaboration with the team to articulate our value proposition to clients across the region. To support the development of Aon United across Aon solutions lines. To nurture and develop talent in the team, sharing experience and helping to develop and support other regional team members. To manage the day-to-day relationships with end clients, associated third parties and Aon colleagues/offices, including client service on insurance placements. To follow the objectives set out in agreement with your Manager, aligned with the Aon United Blueprint and the Aon Impact Model. Industry IQ: Relevant competence in (i) client retention/growth strategies, (ii) structured credit insurance and (iii) industry knowledge, connectivity, and commercial awareness. Relationship & Communication: ability to build and leverage deep client, insurer and Aon relationships to understand goals and create best results. Language(s): English proficiency (oral / written). Mandarin and/or other languages beneficial. Technology: system literacy, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
