Summary:
Assist in management of Enterprise Valuation analysis across all industries, supporting leveraged lending and other collateral-light transactions, including both performing and distressed companies.Prepare Enterprise Valuation deliverables, focusing on discounted cash flow, Guideline Public Companies and Precedent Transaction analysisDraft key valuation assumptions, providing commentary and supportManage intake of valuation requests, with oversight of pipeline and workflowReview financial projections for borrowers, focusing on supportable and reasonable inputsAdhere to Enterprise Valuation policy, working closely with EV Director, Senior Management and the Credit Policy team for improvements/updates to policy.Demonstrate thorough understanding of enterprise valuation market, including written and verbal presentations to management, as well as interactions with other verticals/regions within the bank. Assist in developing reporting functions for EV requirements and outputsUtilize and develop comparable databases and resources, leveraging market resources, such as S&P Capital IQ, Duff and Phelps and othersBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree3+ years demonstrated proficiency with valuation procedures, including risk management, valuation models and understanding of enterprise valuation market2+ years of demonstrated strong written and verbal and presentation communication skills2+ years of demonstrated strong analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in valuation analysis in the banking industryExperience training/mentoring junior teams of analysts and associates
