Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$117,000 - $171,600

 

Job Description 

Collaborates with the global process owners, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to identify, innovate and implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility across our supply chain. 

 

Responsibilities 

Portfolio Management: 

Manages intake, prioritization and portfolio to align roadmap with overall business goals, ensuring that technology investments drive value and competitive advantage. 

Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: 

Collaborate with global process owners, business stakeholders, supply chain experts, and technology teams to understand pain points, challenges, and opportunities. 

Elicit and document requirements for digital products, considering scalability, compliance, and user experience. 

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability. 

Product Development: 

Serve as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. 

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

Engage with supply chain leaders to gather feedback and align priorities to include design thinking and innovation session. 

Champion the adoption of digital tools and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

Performance Measurement and Optimization: 

Works with global process owners and key stakeholders to align key performance indicators (KPIs) with digital supply chain solutions. 

Drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements. 

Basic Requirements and Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 

5+ years of experience in supply chain 

Strong understanding of supply chain processes and technology. 

Project/Portfolio management experience using Agile methods.   

Preferences 

Process implementation experience with Lean Six Sigma 

Data and analytics experience 

Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across functions, and a passion for driving innovation. 

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry 

Product management experience 

Operations research experience
