The Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) organization is undergoing a significant evolution to enable faster, more reliable, and consistent delivery of medicines to patients. As part of this evolution, GPS is becoming a Digital First organization, adopting digital technologies as the core enabler of its operations. Digital First means leveraging technology, data, analytics, business processes, and people to achieve improved business outcomes.
To support this transformation, we are expanding our Digital Transformation team, part of GPS Strategy, beyond the USA and Europe, and building a high-caliber team based in the BMS Hyderabad offices. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and manage the Hyderabad team and play a key role in recruiting. Additionally, this role will serve as the founding Hyderabad lead for the GPS Strategy team. Initially, this team will consist of eight colleagues focused on Data Governance, User Experience Design, and Change Management. Additional roles will be recruited during Q2/Q3 to further support the GPS Command Center build. This role will work directly with the BMS Business Insights and Technology team, responsible for data, analytics, and technology delivery, as well as with respective functional teams based in Hyderabad.
We are looking for someone passionate about business transformation and the opportunity to build a team and drive capabilities in a Fortune 200 company. The right candidate will have a strong interest in solving business problems, an eagerness to work on complex process and transformation challenges affecting our development and supply value chain, and will be highly collaborative, a structured problem solver, and resilient in working through complexity.
