What You’ll Do:
Carry out overall HR strategies for a specific client group that drives a high-performing and highly engaged cultureWork cross-functionally with aligned leaders to deliver on the long-term vision for key talent initiatives, with a commitment to consistently improve effectiveness and achieve business goalsDrive future organizational design and change management initiatives to help maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful teamEngage with HR COEs and the business to build and execute timely, effective, and scalable people programs and processes which will support the business. These include (but are not limited to) team member relations, leadership development, talent assessment, building our hiring brand, diversity planning, and organizational developmentImplement and continuously track to long-range growth planning that impacts the engagement, performance, training, development, and retention of our workforcePartner with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs against the capabilities needed to deliver strategic objectives Promote our company’s Operating Principles throughout the organizationEnsure organizational compliance with all Federal and State laws
What You’ll Need:
10+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high rate-of-change environmentsBachelor’s and/or Master's degree in a relevant field and appropriate HR certificationsDemonstrable ability to influence and inspire change with leaders across agile startup organizations, aligning the people strategy with business goals and growthProven success in delivering high-impact people operations programs around performance management, culture, team member engagement and retentionPosition may require travel#LI-SS4

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for an Associate Director Human Resource Business Partner position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt Team Members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team Members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team Members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
