The Investment Office has responsibility for investing the endowments for the university, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and related endowed entities totaling more than $9 billion, among many other assets. We are seeking an **_Associate Director – Investment Operations_** . This individual will play an integral role on the Investment Operations team and directly supervise the day-to-day work of the operations analysts. A successful candidate in this role will be expected to leverage prior industry experience principally in accounting, performance, derivatives and trade support to execute on core operational processes. The Associate Director – Investment Operations will be expected to supervise, review and provide training for junior members of the investment operations team, verify the accuracy of portfolio and benchmark performance results and resolve performance-related issues.
