Job Description

The Associate Director, Market Research – TECVAYLI® and TALVEY® position is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights from primary market research into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action for Tecvayli Talvey within the Oncology Business Unit. This position will partner closely with cross functional brand partners and serves as an internal consultant to the Sales Marketing team and senior leaders. This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Define translate key business questions and objectives into appropriate primary research methodsDevelop insights and actionable recommendations influencing business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision makingManage shape market research budget ensuring strategic business questions are prioritized and sequenced to derive desired learning outcomesInfluence across cross-function stakeholders deriving recommendations against identified business opportunitiesProvide strategic guidance through research to business plans, sales brand strategies, and life cycle managementChampion the development and implementation of research approaches and methods that are innovative and examples of best practicesDemonstrate leadership courage to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/ high value projects

Qualifications

Education:

BA/BS or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree desirable

Experience and Skills:

Required:

A minimumof 7 years of related professional experienceExpertise with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisionsProven success partnering across a commercial organization to integrate insights and recommendations into translatable actionsDemonstrated ability to identify, define, and solution against key business challenges

Preferred:

High degree of intellectual curiosityStrong project management skillsPrior Oncology experience

Other:

This position is based in Horsham, PA on a hybrid in-office schedule and will require up to 10% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
