Job SummaryReporting to SPH's Director of Student Affairs, the Admissions Associate Director will provide strategic leadership for activities related to admissions and recruitment. You will lead a team of three professional staff, student staff, application readers, and student volunteers. You will also provide data-driven recommendations to SPH leadership on achieving recruitment and enrollment goals.
This is a hybrid position based on-campus in Ann Arbor, MI, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Travel to locations on/off campus to conduct business may be required.
This position offers a salary range of $73,993 - $88,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Qualifications*Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in admissions and recruitment.Experience with admission systems such as SOPHAS CAS (public health central application service), CollegeNet, and Salesforce Education Cloud, and a demonstrated ability to adopt new technologies. Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and admissions and data analysis and reporting. Project management experience working with various stakeholders, vendors, volunteers, staff, leadership, and colleagues.Management and team leadership experience.
