Kforce's client, a $400M publicly traded Bio-Tech Company located in Burlington, MA is seeking an Associate Director of Billing. The AD of Billing will be responsible for building out the department and leading the billing operations team. This is a high growth company that recently expanded into a new product line and the role is open due to this expansion. Highlights include 20% bonus, annual equity, and a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities include: * Associate Director of Billing will be leading, building and developing the billing department * Manage end-to-end billing responsibilities and revenue management * Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers * Ensure revenue recognition compliance (ASC 606) and GAAP compliance * Business partner across corporate finance and customer service teams and involved with business strategy * As an Associate Director of Billing, you will be involved with system implementations and enhancements (SAP) * Support companywide projects and initiatives * Implements policy and procedures
