Role: Associate Director of FP&A
Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join a fast-paced, innovative organization, providing key financial support to the G&A team. This role requires someone who can jump in quickly and manage financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the G&A function.

Responsibilities:

Lead the financial analysis of budget-to-actual results and collaborate with operational teams to prepare reports for senior management.Partner with G&A leaders to forecast financial performance and manage variance to plan.Ensure accurate budgeting and reporting of G&A spend across global regions.Collaborate with accounting, procurement, and other departments to maintain financial integrity and streamline business processes.Drive financial education and operational efficiency within the organization, including budget analysis and workforce planning.Support performance reviews and analysis of corporate benefits spend.Contribute to special projects and system enhancements.

Qualifications:
