The Operations Director contributes toward the overall development of programs and services to provide for the needs of patients, teammates, physicians, and clinicians. This position will provide strategic vision, leadership and oversight to key initiatives and/or teams, assist in definition of required outcomes and milestones, set performance targets and monitor performance relative to targets, optimize resource utilization, participate in the development of proposals and recommendations, and ensure delivery of needed results. You strategic thinking, flexibility and agility will be a key component to successfully lead and participate in development of departmental strategies tied directly to organizational goals.

Required Qualification:
5+ years of experience in a clinical management role, preferable in the managed healthcare field Health Care Operations Experience with Specialty Practices and/or ancillary centers Experience in value-based programs including risk/capitation and ACO/Shared Savings Solid Financial Acumen Solid People/Leadership Skills with successful experience in building healthy cultures. This position will have responsibility for Physician, Patient and Staff Experience Strategy background to implement growth strategies focusing on high patient and external provider satisfaction as a foundationPreferred Qualification:
Lean backgroundColorado Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
