Day in and day out, you’ll create business strategies and execute plans that deliver on our desire to grow market penetration and develop a growth culture that dreams big, is consumer obsessed and takes bold actions. **In this role, you will:** **In this role you’ll be responsible for:** + Develop and execute a five-year consumer-led growth plan for Brita helps deliver the BU NCS, profit, and margin targets. This includes segment level commercial sustainability, and product innovation projects. + Coach and develop your direct team (2 direct reports), as well as the segment cross-functional team with a focus on the General Manager mindset, analytical thinking, executing with excellence, and fostering curiosity. + Drive annual business priorities within the team; Influence and enable the Brita leadership team and Business Unit to be more focused, faster, and growth-oriented + Champion a world where everyone thrives and build a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship) + Support a robust cost-savings pipeline and leverage tools like Net Revenue Management, to improve margin and drive profitable growth + Manage S&OP business forecasts and achieve forecast accuracy targets + Budget management include A&SP and Packaging **What we look for:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred + 5-8 years of experience in brand management, with a proven ability to drive business growth and deliver results in consumer products + Experienced Brand Managers (GL27) and Associate Directors (GL28) will be considered. + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives + Ability to influence leadership, demonstrated through ability to advance ideas for recommendations to GM + Experienced people manager, as demonstrated by ability to coach and lead a team of direct reports and/or cross functional partners (includes external experience prior to Clorox) + Strong analytical skills required. Must able to leverage data/ analytics to manage a business forecast, identify business opportunities & challenges, and build/activate multi-year growth plans + Ability to drive team culture as demonstrated through participation in ERGs, IDEA, recruiting, and/or leadership in culture-driving activities + Ability to prioritize the work that drives the most value to the organization and pivot as needed. + Deep understanding of and curiosity for consumer insights, market research, and data analytics with the ability to translate ambiguous findings into actionable strategies + Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and independently shape and drive plans. + Has demonstrated technical understanding of marketing priorities and KPIs. + Understands how Personalization/TLS, Omni planning, and MTI impact the business. **Workplace type:** Hybrid **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900 –Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700 –Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
