Key Responsibilities: + Manage, train, and support a team of four Client Service professionals, working collaboratively with the Investment Operations team to meet clients' needs. + Coordinate with multiple custodians and external data providers, ensuring smooth workflows. + Allocate team resources effectively while reviewing Advisor requests across multiple locations. + Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes, including transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. + Assist the Director of Operations in refining and implementing processes related to client onboarding, client maintenance, CRM/workflows, and transaction reconciliation for new and existing investments. + Collaborate with the Reporting team to provide accurate client data and transaction details within established deadlines. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree. + 7+ years of experience in an RIA environment. + In-depth knowledge of custodial platforms, with a strong preference for Schwab and Fidelity. + Proven track record of managing high-performing teams. + Proficiency with performance reporting systems and CRM/workflow software (Addepar and Salesforce preferred). + Familiarity with the processes involved in private fund investing, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate.
