Location: Allentown, Pa
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Type: Direct/Permanent
Salary Range: 127,000-160,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client is a global leader in infusion therapy and pain management. They are searching for a dynamic leader with a robust pharmaceutical QA and QC operations background to spearhead transformative change within their organization. As the Associate Director of Quality, you will be crucial in implementing TrackWise, reviewing and refining quality protocols, and leading change control initiatives and CAPAs. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing the quality of our products, propelling them to unprecedented levels of excellence.

Responsibilities: Responsible for all quality functions within organization. Develops and implements strategies for ensuring that organizational products and processes meet established quality standards. Establishes or administers an organizational quality management system and monitors progress against strategic quality related goals. Identifies potential quality failures, establishes methods for evaluating quality of raw materials or components, in progress goods, processes or operations and oversees development and implementation of corrective actions. Solicits internal and external feedback with the goal of continuously improving processes or products. May represent the organization during external inspections or audits. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. 10-12 years related experience required. Applicable industry/professional certification preferred. Regular and predictable attendance Valid driver's license and passport Light work - Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
