Associate Director of Sales
Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring an Associate Director of Sales who will serve as the right-hand leader to the Director of Sales in managing the people, processes, and programs of the community Sales Office. This position serves as a clear stepping stone for individuals who are on track to be a Director of Sales in the future. This role provides specific opportunities for hands-on experiences and exposure to all of the responsibilities and duties of the Director of Sales, including people management, decision-making, staff development and leadership/influence with other community and home office functions. Working in collaboration with the Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for establishing specific, measurable sales goals for appointments, event attendance, Priority List deposits, reservations, and settlements, and the processes for achieving these objectives with the community sales team. Compensation: $90,000 - 100,000 per year, plus generous bonus and commission plans. **How you will make an impact** + Partner with the Director of Sales to lead and achieve sales goals efficiently + Develop and implement specific, measurable sales strategies that cater to the customer's preferences and priorities + Compile and analyze sales reports, statistics, and trends to execute necessary steps to improve results + Manage the sales department's budget, expenses, absorption targets, and finances with precision while keeping in mind community revenue goals + Actively participate in daily sales operations to ensure optimal performance + Deliver impactful sales presentations that inspire prospective customers to take their next step in the sales cycle and research process + Develop and implement dynamic motivational programs for the sales team through contests, stand-up presentations, team meeting interactions, and more. **What you will need** + Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience required. + Minimum of 2 years of leadership and management experience required. + Experience in customer mapping, creating positive and motivating customer experiences through sales events and other interactions. + Proven leadership and team management experience.
