No relocation is offered”** **Overall Purpose:** Manages, directs and supervises the overall operation of one or more inbound call centers with the primary function of selling and servicing consumer accounts. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + Supervises Team Sales Managers that manage a group of inside sales representatives in an inbound call center who are responsible for selling company products and servicing accounts. + Develops business plan to achieve volume expected to meet operational goals and unit revenue objectives. + Creates and implements operational improvements. + Enforces Company and organizational policies and procedures on a daily basis. + Provides feedback, coaching, training motivation, and support to sales managers and representatives. + Counsels and advises subordinates regarding performance and discipline. + Influences decisions regarding hiring, promoting, and discharging employees. **Education:** Bachelor degree preferred. **Experience:** Call Center processes, procedures and metrics, sales, coaching, leading, developing, problem solving, and MS office preferred. **Supervisory:** Yes.
