Associate Director - Strategic Accounts

Job Overview:

Linde Services Inc. seeks an Associate Director Strategic Accounts to join our sales team in The Woodlands, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding our national key accounts while identifying and pursuing potential markets in the refining, petrochemical, renewable and/or LNG industries.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and expand current key account relationshipsDevelop and maintain a strategic account pipelineResearch and develop new potential marketsDevelop and maintain detailed individual account plansNegotiate and manage account contracts and pricing agreementsDevelop and lead long-term strategies to gain developmental accountsArticulating and negotiating this strategy across the businessWork closely and collaborate with other intercompany business units to leverage targetsBuild and maintain credibility at all levelsWork with and support Account Managers to maximize growthOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required 8 years of demonstrated sales experience requiredIndustry experience in the Refining, Petrochemical, Renewable and/or LNG industries requiredUp to 70% travel requiredStrong computer and browser skills for business and account management (Word, Excel, CU, PowerPoint, CRM)Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts and increasing market shareAbility to negotiate and manage complex pricing agreements to maximize profitabilityStrong strategic planning abilities, including the capacity to devise and launch long term initiativesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skillsSelf-starter with organizational skills and ability to work under minimal supervisionAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
