CEC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHHrQSFWh1I We are seeking an experienced Assoc. Dir, System Test Architect (P6) to work onsite in St. Petersburg, FL. The Systems Test Architect is responsible for developing the program test strategy. The candidate in this role will define the why, what, how and when of test activities within a test strategy at the Enterprise level. CEC employs a Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe), with multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in concurrent development, each potentially in a different phase of the life cycle. The Systems Test Architect focuses on products or services that span between different program teams. Provides the resources to support the execution of scope to support technical continuity of the products and services across the product line. The Systems Test Architect is vital to development and execution of a Test Strategy reducing test development cycles and program costs. What You Will Do​ + Lead and support test strategy development, system level integration and test planning, design, and execution in an Agile development environment (Software and Hardware). + Establishes requirements-driven system test program for large systems or systems of systems + Responsible for test architecting and planning of test activities and overall system verification strategy across the entire program life cycle, consistent with the customer's Test and Evaluation Strategy + Support the establishment of long-term functional strategies in support of longer term business objectives + Primary subject matter expert for SI&T efforts in support of developing test methods, processes, plans and procedures to verify ANS system requirements. + Works directly with (and mentors) Software SCRUM teams, Systems Architects, Systems Engineers, Test Leads, Lab Team and Field Test Teams to ensure test requirements & verification approaches are optimized, with balanced risk, across subsystem & system level tests + Responsible for interface and coordination with internal and external organizations on test strategy, coordination, execution, and reporting activities. + Provide direction to Lab Team, SW Teams, and Test Teams for test activities to align with overall verification strategy and customer requirements, prioritizing resources as needed to achieve program objectives + Utilize DOORS to capture verification artifacts and maintain traceability to requirements. + Primary Point of Contact for Program Managers, Chief Engineers and Functional Management for all test execution + Ensures software and firmware teams have adequately defined simulation environments to test & verify products prior to system level test + Advancing the test automation development and execution + Leads Troubleshooting and failure analysis efforts Qualifications You Must Have + Relevant work experience of complex military systems (including Software systems), would include the development of integration, verification, and validation planning documentation of integration and test plans, procedures, reports, status reports, and other related documentation + Experience as a Test Architect leading engineering teams and managing integration and test execution; and working with customers to develop program integration and test strategies + Experience with software/systems integration planning and execution, with an understanding of C/C++, Python, or other programming languages. Knowledgeable in Linux. + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience + Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
