Associate Manager, Email Marketing

Overview
You will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of email marketing campaigns. This role will also support ideation and concepting for program innovation and optimization.

 

Essential Functions

Ensure flawless execution and maintain operational excellence for the Williams Sonoma email marketing program. Manage all aspects of email execution, which includes briefing, linking, routing, and approval. Maintain the email marketing calendar to help aid cross-functional alignment. Partner with CRM and Site Merchandising at all touch points, including linking strategy and QA.  Coordinate discussions with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy for promotions, product, and pricing. Clearly communicate and maintain deadlines cross-functionally to help teams stay on track. Collaborate with Creative team to route assets to senior leaders. Assist Senior Manager and Director in weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc email reporting.

 

Qualifications

2-3+ years relevant marketing or project management experience, background in eCommerce preferred. Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Movable Ink. Knowledge of email personalization and dynamic content strategies. Highly organized and detail oriented with strong self-leadership skills.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $83,000 - $85,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
