Overview of the role

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for an Associate Email Marketing Manager for the Pottery Barn brand! This person will support the Sr. Marketing Manager in developing, evaluating and executing email marketing plans to increase incremental profit for the Pottery Barn brand through online initiatives.

Responsibilities

Participate in the planning, development of Batch & Blast email marketing programs Own briefing for all B&B emails Assist with B&B calendar planning Own tracking creative feedback in key milestone meetings.  Approve all B&B creative, ensuring all feedback is captured before development Be “second set of eyes” for B&B QA of HTML approvals, subject lines, and staging Work closely with email coordinator to ensure email tagging and linking is accurately executed. Daily and weekly reporting of B&B emails and SMS, capturing optimizations for future campaigns based on performance  Suggest and execute email optimizations based on business needs[MC1] , trends, and competitive analysis Work with close cross functional partners on the creative team to brief and review emails,  ensuring all email KPIs are meet. Partner with the CRM team on personalization and segmentation strategies and ensure seamless launch and execution of all emails Assist with cross channel marketing programs as needed. Analyze competitive marketplace and follow online advertising and email trends Miscellaneous reporting and measurement

 

Criteria

B.A. in Marketing, Business or a related field 3-5 years in Online Marketing, Retail, Database Marketing or Online Media Planning Experienced in working well cross-functionally Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Have strong communication and presentation skills Experienced with web analytics system and email service providers preferred

The expected starting pay range for this position is $71,400- $83,850. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
