·          Responsible for entire  production activities in perticular shift. ·          Manpower Planning & Management ·          Resource management to all workforce and vendor development ·          Control on WIP inventory ·          QMS activities for production area ·          Establishing good flow to reduce shell LT and loss action management ·          Active participation in 5S and Autonomous maintenance ·          Maintaining DL cost as per budget ·          Leave and absenteeism Control for technicians & Shift Engineers.  ·          Establishing safety culture among all teams ·          Ontime delivery of rotors as per Shift & day /weekly plan
