This role is responsible for the development, implementation and support of Foot Locker’s Oracle Fusion Finance ERP application systems and other related business systems. The incumbent will have expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance systems design, interface development, report development, configuration, testing, implementation, and support. As an associate Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping Foot Locker's financial future by collaborating with a team of cloud finance experts to develop and implement solutions that directly drive our strategic goals.
Responsibilities Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, FA, CM, AR and AP)Develop, configure, test, and deploy Finance system solutionsExperience in Oracle Fusion integration and reporting tools such as FRS, FBDI, OTBI, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, BI Publisher and Smart ViewHave experience in web services (REST, SOAP), integration protocols (XML, JSON), and API developmentAnalyze and document business processes, procedures, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and implement system enhancementsWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs, specifications, and test plansParticipate in system testing and validation, including user acceptance testing and end-to-end testingFoster a collaborative, open, and transparent working environmentCommunicate effectively and clearly within your team and across teamsEnsure adherence to SDLC, SOX, PII, and PCI compliancePrepare and maintain system and operational documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience2+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financial applicationsWorking knowledge of configuration, reporting and data management technologies within Oracle Fusion applicationsExposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud is a plusKnowledge of systems integration platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoftExperience with DevOps and CI-CD tools such as GitHub and JenkinsExperience with various SDLC methodologies, preferably AgileDemonstrated ability to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-starter attitude with a willingness to dive in and figure things outStrong ability to analyze and address complex challengesEffective collaboration and interpersonal abilitiesAttention to detail BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $54,000 - $90,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
