Overview

Humanscale Consulting is a division of Humanscale Corporation, a leading manufacturer of ergonomic work tools designed to help computer users work more comfortably, more efficiently and with less risk of injury. Our consulting efforts are aimed at helping organizations of any size develop and implement sustainable ergonomics programs. Humanscale is seeking qualified individuals for positions within our growing ergonomic consulting division.

Responsibilities Represent Humanscale in high profile client opportunitiesProvide ergonomic expertise and deliver ergonomic presentations to key stakeholdersSupport the efforts of our representatives and provide education on ergonomic concepts and principlesFacilitate all currently offered consulting services including but not limited to:Ergonomics training, public seminars, assessments, audits, and program development workshopsCustomized trainings as neededAssemble client service proposals as neededAttend trade shows, and networking events within the ergonomic communityAssist with research initiativesAchieve and exceed consulting revenue and activity goalsComplete activity and opportunity reports and maintain customer contact database Effectively work with other Humanscale representatives and managementParticipate in Humanscale University training initiativesDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the Humanscale product line Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics or related field3+ years’ experience as a practicing ergonomistEvidence of strong client relationshipsSuccessful track record of planning and execution

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Ergonomics certification (AEP, CPE) or ability to become board certifiedKnowledge and/or experience in the commercial furniture industry Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsSkillful negotiation Excellent follow-up and closing skillsAbility to travel

Salary Range: $ 75,737 - $110,470

In addition to the salary there is a bonus variable component. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline. Humanscale considers other factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market location and business considerations when extending an offer.
