Associate Executive Specialist

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to provide high-level support for two senior level executives and perform a variety of executive administrative duties. This person will be a trusted advisor and assistant, balancing executive administrative responsibilities along with ongoing project / business initiatives such as tracking deliverables and supporting the departments of the two executives. 


In this role, you will:

Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reportsPerform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissionsSupport projectsAssist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planningAct as information source on group and company policiesReceive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support functionCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with external customersPerforms heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation/editing and preparing expense report submissionsHandles all personnel and confidential company materials with sensitivity and discretionActs as an information source on group and company policiesOn-boards new team membersDevelops excellent relationships with peer Executive Assistants and coordinates team admins across functionsLeverages strong interpersonal and social communications skills to answer phones, interact by email and resolve scheduling conflicts.Supports the distribution of internal communications and manages related distribution listsPlans and coordinates team events such as staff meetings & video conferencingReceives direction from supervisor and exercises judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support functionCollaborates and consults with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
