Cedar Point's Internship Program Experience combines our business needs with college level internship requirements. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn in the hospitality and amusement park tourism industry through hands-on exposure to day-to-day operational tasks within your assigned Division. You will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and utilizing leadership skills while collaborating on group projects to ensure a successful operation.
All interns must meet the following requirements:
Work a minimum of 8 weeks between May 1 & August 31 (hours worked outside of this timeframe will not be counted towards the internship program)Work Availability: Minimum of 4 days per week of FULL availability 2 of the 4 days must include either Friday/Saturday OR Saturday/SundayScheduled to work a minimum average of 32 hours per week Complete the required Learning & DevelopmentResponsibilities:
Associate Experience
Interns will have the opportunity to engage with, and enhance, the experience for all Cedar Point associates. Within this role, interns will create, organize, and facilitate inclusive engagement opportunities, community involvement events, charitable activities, and recognition programs for over 7,000 associates. Interns will focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion awareness, company-wide communications, and demonstrate ongoing engagement with associates, both individually and in group settings.
