Associate Field Inventory Specialist

As an Associate Field Inventory Specialist, you will;

Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stockMaintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle countsReview documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and recordsPrepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with managementResearch root cause analysisCompletes moderately complex tasks following well-defined procedures; may involve a variety of routine or established work processesWorks on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practiceApplies technical and procedural knowledge; formal training or experience is required to perform the job effectivelyWorks independently on routine assignments; receives guidance for new assignmentsMay provide on-the-job training to new team members.Coordinates information flow between self, team and/or departments; builds internal and external relationships

Required Skills / Capabilities

Proficient with computers and other standard office technologySuperior organizational and communication skillsOperate forklift or similar equipmentPerforms duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485

Education and Experience

High school diplomaMinimum of 1-2 years of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics

Travel and/or Physical Requirements

Physical ability to lift 10-50 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch repeatedly
