This candidate will help manage projects following project processes and, where applicable, provide direction to assisting Project Engineers within the service organization. Entry-level Field Service professional. Member performing daily customer service activities, interacting with customers and field team members. **Key Responsibilities** + Project planning and scheduling. + Monitor budget/positive cash flow/subcontractor management. + Coordinating all construction resources internally and externally. + Communication/documentation/change orders. + Bringing projects on line, on time and within budget. + Establish and maintain a high level of satisfaction. **Basic Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED + 3+ years of experience in Building Automation and Controls + 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications** Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include: + Bachelor’s Degree + Prior experience in Construction, HVAC, and/or Building Automation preferred + Ability to lead and motivate teams + Strong problem solving, planning, and project management skills + Ability to read and understand the scope of work + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + General knowledge of employment laws and practices + Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting + Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements + Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport **_RSRCAR_** \#LI-onsite **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
