What You Will Do:
The Associate Field Service Engineer will interact with customers, company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. The Associate Field Service Engineer will receive customer requests and prepare documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Additionally, the Associate Field Service Engineer will be responsible for updating databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory, and record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. You may also schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for additional company materials.

Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering Technology, or equivalent-related civilian and/or military experience required. Valid and unrestricted driver’s licensePreferred:
