Associate Finance Manager

Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a new Associate Finance Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating a strong partnership with the cross functional team by providing financial tools, modeling, insights and knowledge to support financial discipline in all business decisions. You will act as a trusted and valuable business partner to cross functional teams. You will identify issues and work to provide solutions to support the entire organization by leveraging resources and driving projects to resolution. You will be highly engaged and provide facts to support decision making and influence the right outcome.

A Day in the Life...

Leverage financial systems and work cross-functionally to deliver monthly financial reporting packages to our Senior Leadership Team. Including monthly financial results, monthly forecasts and Annual Operating Plans.  Lead the consolidated reporting processes for total Company results including coordinating deadlines and deliverables across the organization. ​​Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current business reporting processes. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure stability of our system reporting. Leadership role in new system implementation including communication and transition of reporting processes. Perform financial analysis of Key Performance Metrics across the organization. ​Proactively identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions.​Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.​ 

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree requiredMaster's Degree preferredExcellent analytical skills along with strong knowledge of Excel and financial modeling​​​Excellent oral and written communication skills​ ​​Team oriented with the ability to engage and influence cross functional teams​ ​​Must be results oriented with strong attention to detail and deadlines​ Systems application experience on SAP, Vena, o9, and PowerBI is desired, but not required.

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)
