Key Responsibilities: + Support two lead advisors in all client communications. + Monitor and follow up on client tasks and action items. + Address and resolve client issues and concerns proactively. + Develop thorough understanding of each client’s expectations and preferences. + Manage client relationships, including preparation of materials for meetings. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in financial services. + Holder of either Series 65, CFA, CFP or CPA. If not a CFP, intention to sit for the exam within the next 2 years. + Familiarity with Redtail, Orion, eMoney, Morningstar, GoToMeeting, iRebal and Schwab custodian is a plus. + Excellent communication skills, personable demeanor, ability to handle confidential information and multitask.
